Five lodges, each with its own character: Buffalo Tented Camp (off-grid luxury for couples), Marula Lodge (family-style chalets), Tent Camp (authentic bush camp), Leadwood Lodge (pool-side calm), and Haakdoornpan House (warm farmhouse for groups). Each can be booked as sole-use.

Lodge accommodation, three meals a day, soft drinks, tea and coffee, two daily activities (game drive or bush walk where applicable), and laundry. Premium spirits, transfers and trophy fees are quoted separately.

Yes — guests from anywhere in the world are welcome. All rates are published in US dollars.

A 50% deposit secures your booking. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded in full less a small admin fee; inside 60 days the deposit is retained. Dates can be moved subject to availability.

Yes. All five lodges can be booked exclusively for families, friends or corporate groups. Buffalo Tented Camp is sole-use by default.

Absolutely. Marula Lodge and Haakdoornpan House are particularly suited to families, with twin and family rooms and lots of safe outdoor space. Children are welcome on game drives and (age-appropriate) bush walks.

Yes. The reserve is in a certified malaria-free zone of the Limpopo Valley — no prophylactics required, safe for young children and pregnant guests.

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher all catered for with notice. Hester's kitchen takes special care of every guest.

Yes, in main lodge areas. Reception in chalets and tents is intentionally light — this is the Bushveld.

Marula Lodge and Leadwood have ground-floor rooms and are the easiest to navigate. Please mention any accessibility needs when you enquire and we'll match you to the right lodge.

Unfortunately no — the reserve is home to free-roaming game and we can't risk dogs in the bush.
